First off, what is intersectionality?

In broad terms It's the belief that your ethnicity, socioeconomic group, sexuality and so on determines who you are.

How is intersectionality relevant for equality, men's rights, and honestly all other fronts of life within a society?

So if intersectionality is followed it basically gives the believer of that philosophy a way to label everyone based on the "groups" they belong to, on such example is the phenomena of how white, middle-class, straight and Christian men have become seemingly irrelevant due to them being a majority; suddenly not being a minority gives a person seen as a minority the ability to rob these individuals of their individuality and as such erasing their right of freedom of speech by making their individual values, ideals, qualities and opinions "irrelevant". As an example let's view this through the lens of a post modern feminist who believes in the patriarchy and therefore potentially see the men formerly mentioned as a hazard for their agenda and "the good fight": suddenly through intersectionality you can degrade these individuals to nothing more than your preconceived assumptions about them and label them making them the villain of your story, as you probably can see this does nothing to actually incite progress and instead fosters hate and a feeling of opposition which fosters the belief that the opposing views you will be met with actually just supports your belief making for a grueling cycle of hate, competition and a whole slew of other issues. This is seen in the gender-rights movements, it's seen in society in how being victimised grants you extra privileges due to how intersectionality has poisoned people's beliefs, it's seen in politics and so many more places where a person seen as a minority is put against someone who isn't.

This is on par with a logical fallacy that's become so widespread it's become a standard of society which is used unknowingly to halt actual progress in whatever debate whether pertaining to equality or not, and I think it's one of the foundational issues that some members of for example the feminist movement that's created the issues with misandrism and so on.

This easily could turn holistic, but that wouldn't ever reach a conclusion as it's a widespread phenomenon hence why I'm keeping it grounded in using the different rights-movements. Isn't ideally the feminist movement, the MRA and other so called egalitarian movements different ways of trying to accomplish the same thing, aren't we sibling-groups working towards a shared goal? If that's the case why has all of this even gotten to a point of bashing each other? Isn't that counterproductive and something irrelevant to the common goal? Is it far fetched to claim that intersectionality is twisting the goal creating a divide which leads to infighting and the halting of progress?

Let's be rid of intersectionality, let's make people aware of what it is and tell them when they conform to that philosophy for the sake of everyone!

TL;DR: the conclusion on this holistic monolog being how intersectionality labels people based on groups they seemingly belong to and how that is robbing people of their voice, the relevancy of their opinions, is fostering hate speech, and as a side effect helps halting the debate on gender rights and therefore progress. It's an excuse for people to easily victimise themselves and pointing fingers at their "villain" at the time blaming anyone else than themselves and taking away accountability and regulation of toxic behaviour within organisations all due to intersectionality.
