I am a 16 year old boy who's had a very hard time with life, up to the point to where I tried to drown myself when I was 11. I've never been the social person because of my autism, but it's got so much better. But I still felt a little bit of depression and a lack of self worth and I didn't know where it was coming from.

But then it hit me, I'm not depressed because I'm still shaken by my rough past, but rather the future I see for myself. Every time I open any social media app, I see constant hatred towards innocent men, include the encouragement of a mass genocide of men, including children and unborn babies! I really wish that I could be seen as a person rather than a "sexist creep who doesn't deserve to live".

I've had this happen to me in my sophomore year of high school. I was helping this one girl on her homework, and I have rumors spread about me being a stalker. Sure I've liked her at one point but she wasn't interested; I respected her decision. What happens next? I'm apparently a creep and a danger to women I'm friends with. I was scared of losing my friends and having my life ruined, like some people when they get accused of that stuff.

I want to see the world change, but people are too ignorant to try anything new, unless it's a new method to make men look bad, and it's devistating me to see all of this happen. I thought everyone was created equal! I'm guessing that's not the case in 2019.
