Why Some People Have Issues With Men: Misandry.... Not sure if this was ever posted but I think it's timely given Vice's recent article openly declaring hatred (not ironic misandry) of men

The "ironic" misandry thing is a canard. It's just a means of plausible deniability when they get called out for being bigots. Feminists wouldn't say such horrible things about men and boys if they didn't hate them.

The consequences of such male-negativity are not clear, but such negative affirmations seem likely to have, and to have had over the decades, a negative impact on both sexes: self-loathing and/or a resistance-generated misogyny among men, and contempt for men among women.

Feminists seem hell bent on creating misogynists where they didn't previously exist. It will become a vicious cycle, "justifying" the existence of feminism due to the increased misogyny that they themselves cultivated.

Silence is taken for consent, and women are doing a piss-poor job of calling out these bigots who claim to speak on behalf of their sex. Instead they post on message boards saying "those women aren't real feminists" or "not all women are like that." Women Against Feminism was a good start but we need MUCH more pushback from the ladies.

Thanks for posting this. There is a lot of problems with misandry in society and that affects many boys (a lot of men have are older and know how to deal with the hate better). The thing is a lot of boys are not that strong or in a position where they can just roll with the punches, but still affected by misandry. It sickens me that some people will celebrate their hate for boys and men.

Here we are, five years after this article's original publishing date, and people are STILL in denial that Misandry is a thing. Granted, the numbers are dwindling, but I'd prefer it if everyone acknowledge that it exists.
