The number of weasel words the press has for this is beyond count. "Inappropriate relationship", "sex romp", "wild fling", or simply "Teacher has sex with student". Yet when it's a male teacher who is accused (and even in the cases where he protests his innocence and the student later admits to fabricating their testimony), the news articles always call it statutory rape. No matter how often the double standard gets pointed out to them, they just keep doing it.
