Porn is not the same as seeing scantily clad people irl, let's start there. The only inherently sexual parts of the body are the genitals. It's been proven time and time again that in places where women are bare-breasted all the time that it is not seen as inherently sexual. Its no different than seeing the curve of a woman's waist and hips, or seeing a man's broad shoulders and square jaw. It's a secondary sex characteristic that can be arousing to look at if in the proper context.

With porn you're getting that dopamine rush because you're masturbating and orgasming. That's what becomes addicting. And it gets to the point where you can't get off to your own imagination and need porn to do it.

In public, outside, I don't think there is anything inherently wrong with everyone wearing a thong and nothing else. Plenty of primitive human tribes wear little else their entire lives. It covers the genitals and that's it. The more you see something the less stigmatized and taboo it becomes. Just like seeing a woman's knee used to be scandalous, or a woman's stomach, or a woman's shoulders, or a woman's back, etc.

People can't help but look because it's not something they get to see irl every day from every one. It's like staring at someone who has a crazy hair cut dyed crazy colors. It's different and catches your eye. Seeing a woman's ass half out and only her nipples covered is eye catching because it's different and catches your eye. Men seem to not be able to comprehend controlling themselves because many of them are only used to seeing these parts of a woman in a sexual context, when these things are not inherently sexual.

It's like the whole "bikini vs bra and underwear" thing, where a woman is embarrassed to be seen in underwear but not a bikini.... Because seeing her in underwear is something only seen in a sexual context, but a bikini is just a bathing suit worn in public all the time. They are the same thing, but context matters. Titties can be non sexual or sexual depending on the context, and seeing them in a non-sexual context would normalize them as such.
