While, I bet there are guys that do settle, I think there are far fewer than women whom settle.

Thing is, for most guys if they can sleep with hot girls without commitment than they can get a relationship with them as well.

When it comes to guys, they don't have a biological clock, while there is a desire to settle down it's not nearly as high as it is for girls. Guys don't crave stability that much a 50 year old guy often times will choose a cute 25 year old as opposed to a stable 50 year old woman their own age.

What I have seen with guys, though is that often times their trust gets ruined in long term relationships. A lot of the players I have known became that way after being burned by a close girlfriend. In my experience for LTR's it's guys who become more attached than women. I think guys that have ex's they always bring up, or have been divorced, are emotionally damaged guys.

Yes.

Slutting around even with lower SMV men diminishes her tendency to pair-bond (or is a sign that she didn't have much of a tendency to pair-bond in the first place).

I've seen it a fair bit; middle aged men who play the field and end up either forever alone barflies or settling for leftovers. Men get clucky, too.
