She's not the type to marry if she's out drinking with strange men apart from her fiancé to the point of blacking out. Not wholesome mother material, IMO.

21:00 -- Father incarcerated (drug dealer) -- red flag.

Lied to about his imprisonment, told he was in the army. (So manipulative women around her.) -- BIG red flag.. Ages 4-9 critical development period. No deep connection w/ father.

Mom sleeping around while he was in jail -- RF

Alright this is getting dumb. Molyneux is playing psychoanalyst.

Girl is basically reprimanded by Molyneux for ignoring partners' mistrust of her drinking buddy friend.

Girl lies about age she first drank alkohol.

Admits she has had sex "idk two times?" blacked out before. Starts crying. Ugh.

Said previously in convo that it never happened before but 'she meant cheating on her fiancé'.

Asked if hiding information from her fiancé.. long pause.. 'you know there are stories..'

Supposedly had this convo about things that have happened in the past before with fiancé. But she 'hasn't thought about the blackout with sex.' She's withholding information from him.

Fiancé defends her half-assedly.

Girl says she's not holding information. 'There's nothing I have to hold from him NOW.'

Now? Oh god. Get rid of her!

'I'm willing to tell him anything!'

Guy seems to still want to reconcile. Wants to prevent it from happening again.

Cause is childhood trauma according to Molyneux. But guy is called enabler of it atm.

Guy called out on not standing up for himself, which is why she doesn't have temper.

Perfectly sums up what I have taken from TRP. Holding frame, being an actual goddamn man.

Molyneux explains how the guy feels the relationship will be threatened if he asserts himself.

Brings up guy's relationship with mom. Comes out that he couldn't strongly disagree with her without her withholding affection and care. Which is a huge reason why many men nowadays become pushovers in relationships.

Molyneux: Can't disagree with your mother because she is literally the source of your life, breastfeeding, cleaning, food, water, resources, etc.. To disagree with mother is DEATH.

Very true and telling of female nature, that some of them start at a young age manipulating their own children. Many over at TRP have a history this, myself included.

Leads to a fear of disagreeing with any women. 'Annihilation panic.'

Girl wants fiancé to stand up for him. Father in prison had no say. Girl called her dad nice and funny. Should have been there to call her out on her bs but wasn't around.

Comes back to childhood trauma.

Molyneux goes into how if they get married it will become miserable and the guy will either stay spineless leading an awful life with her or man up and get a divorce inevitably, which the girl will then take all his belongings due to him ruining her 'happily ever after' due to their mutual dysfunction and he'll never be ever to see his kids.

Girl asks if anything can be done.

They're really so dumb. Girl ~~thinks it's possible that they can get it together~~ is still trying to string the guy along, even if she's unaware of it. 'If she can work on it everyday!' She's still trying to acquire her meal and baby ticket. I can't stand her.

This is oxytocin sickness at it's finest people. Guy is still talking about 'healing' and being 'on the right path'. Such an external locus of self he needs so much goddamn reassurance. BE A SELF-THINKING MAN. My God.

Molyneux: Getting blunt -- She screwed another guy and is still lying about it and you want to get married in 4 months? No emotional reaction from guy?

Molyneux is surprised he is still around. If he was the guy he would be gone immediately. That the guy should be honest about his past and own up and realize he hurt the girl by enabling her behavior for so long.

Their relationship was doomed to be dysfunctional from the start with such a lack of self-knowledge.

Molyneux brings up the point that if they have kids they'll just repeat their own shitty childhoods for their own children.

All of their friends should be calling out this garbage but haven't.

Molyneux suggests a trial separation with emphasis on self-introspection and working on their own issues.

That's pretty much it.

Good stuff. I agree with Molyneux for the most part. I think he was being a bit soft at times, but that was necessary to keep the call going. The trial separation bit may work, but IMO it'll just be a time waste. Their entire 4 year relationship is founded on this faulty premise that they kind of just fit together due to their analogous childhoods. The only reason they were with each other is the coincidental similarity of behavior patterns to each other's dysfunctional families.

He ranges from brilliant to painful, depending on the video.

The ones with callers often become agonizing. He needs to be more like Adam Carolla, and dismiss the idiots and the time-wasters.

After the posted vid, we need a redemption. Here's a better one.

She certainly is making some part of it up, probably the part about being blacked out drunk. The blacked out part sounds odd, because she is saying that she is still sure she didn't have vaginal intercourse because she would have remembered that, but insists she was blacked out -- eh, being blacked out doesn't work that way. Likely she was drunk, but not blacked out and had vaginal sex with the guy, or she was blacked out and she has no idea whether she had vaginal sex or not.

At the 30k foot level, why would anyone marry someone who, at 33 years old, fucks someone they have just met on a subway train while they are engaged to you? I'd think most people of both pills, or no pill, would say that this is a stupid idea. Add to this the background of extremely bad "family of origin" situation (dad was drug dealer, mom married another married man when her husband was in jail, and so on -- just very bad background), and it seems like an obviously bad situation to be walking into.

I couldn't watch the whole thing. I can be quicker, don't date or marry people who drink heavily or have a history of blacking out. Don't marry a cheater. This is pretty common sense stuff, and yes I am BP.
