An infuriating phrase that you will hear every time you try to say ANYTHING about the general human population or a large subdivision of it. "B-b-b-but we're all soooooooo different!!!! No two humans are the same!!!!! Just look at this cherry picked example and an anecdote!!!!!"

Huge amounts of people are FUNCTIONALLY the same. They were born with the same natural preset of human behavior, instincts/reflexes and brain structure, raised in similar societies with similar morals and values, grew up and socialized in basically the same way, had almost exactly the same events happen in their lives at the same stages of development.

Same interests, same hobbies, same needs, same thoughts, same speech patterns, same social tendencies. Same tastes in romantic and sexual partners. Same value and impact on the society around them. And even those who are different are PUSHED into conforming and being the same as the majority. Most differences between these people are tiny and NEGLIGIBLE. You can absolutely make generalized statements about them if there is enough objective evidence.
