Nope, it is not a disability. You just have the end goal of women in mind hence the reason why you feel this way. But life is much bigger than women brother. You have all of your limbs and organs intact, your brain and heart are working all right and your senses are also fine. That's it you're not disabled.

Ask an actual disabled person how difficult and harsh life actually is for him/her. I'm agnostic but I'll still say I'm grateful that I'm not disabled. Use these words carefully. It is true that when a human being has everything, he/she still wants more.

Edit : Since you asked only for ugly and unattractive men to answer your question, you can ignore my answer if you want to lol.

Being ugly is a disadvantage for men. Greater than in the past, when women mainly needed protection and resources from men. But it's still a relatively smaller disadvantage than if you were a woman. You balance it more easily with intelligence, good shape, wealth, ambition, social skills and effort.

Ugliness will also play less of a role as the man gets older, the women around them get older and have to fend for themselves. Then they will rather appreciate other qualities in a man than a pretty face.

As for men and their reactions to other men, it depends on what form of unattractiveness it is. If man is short, weak and effeminate it is worse than if he is tall, strong, very masculine and ugly. As long as you fit in one of the manly stereotypes (strength, calmness, stoicism, self-confidence...), men will overlook your not-so-pretty face.

If you are attractive, any deviation from stereotypes is perceived as an interesting peculiarity, a sign of exceptionality. If you are not attractive, no one will forgive you for deviating from the stereotype (unless you have power or great wealth).

The problem is, that different people and groups, men and women have different stereotypes and it is practically impossible to please everyone. So it will be difficult for you to balance unattractiveness so that everyone is willing to overlook it. And anything you don't do perfectly will be perceived as a bigger offense because of your unattractiveness. So you have to try a lot harder to fit into society (for example find your men's group, a brotherhood where even attractive men are willing to share, in exchange for your support) if you don't want to be at the bottom.
