Why isn't the money treated like a Quistclose trust contract, where if the person who gets the money doesn't spend it on the type of things they are supposed to spend it on, then the person who supplied it has a right to refund.

Well, you can take the custodial party to court if you have evidence that the funds are not going to their intended purpose. For example, you send $350/month, and the kid is dressed in rags. But as I understand, you'd be suing for custody. Which, if the kid is being neglected, is the right thing to do.

My brother pays $10,000 a month in child support. Kid lives with him half time. The mother has never tried to get a job because she's convinced the judge will grant her alimony after child support ends.

This is what gets me. It can be blatantly obvious women just want money, but judges still reward them child support. They say well it's what isin the better interest of the child. Sure it's not fair to the person paying but its in the child's better interest so the person paying has to take that hit.
My good friend has his son 80% of the tome and he even pays child support. So he basically suports the kid 100% and the mother a bit.
mothers go to court all the time and demand they get more time with the kid. Its obvious when they just want Money. Why judges don't test them is beyond me.
Id say fine. You get.more tome but the father will pay nothing or some tiny amount. Then when the mom complained Id say what youre getting what you wanna ed right. Just to see if they were mkney hungry.

Thing is, there could be another side of this story. This women could've been putting every last penny to her child and have not a single one left for herself. Now that she got child support, she can finally spare some money for herself without going a day without starving. I see this all the time, and I have yet to see confirmation of whether she's a dick or whether she finally got the money to have a luxury.

Is there some way of tracing each dollar that came into her account from the child support? It's not like some money in her account is work money, some is child support money, some is tax refunds, etc... she just has a bunch of money.
