DOCTORS DONT SAY THE GENDER BUT THE CHILD‘S SEX AT BIRTH. they look at their parts and either they see a tiny penis, in which case it‘s a boy. if not, they always call it a girl, unless the mish-mash in those already extremely rare cases is extraordinarily obvious.

as if docs gave a shit about genders, everyone can invent one of their own, if they like, but docs need to know the baby‘s sex and put it into a piece of paper which will be sent to the state for accounting how many babies were born, who the parents are and what the ratio of baby girls and boys is. (it is never 50:50)
