The last time I saw this posted I think someone mentioned that the wording used in Montana does not allow men to be raped, i.e. unwanted penetration. Still rape though but explains the wording used.

It is, 100%. Its actually more like... whoever calls the cops first, gets to stay home. Unless there is a woman involved, then she stays home.
My ex gf was drunk and swinging at me. I called the cops and dispatch could hear her hitting me. Cops showed up, she said I was hitting her, and off to jail I went for 4 days.
Ita all fucked. So because I had one incident a long time ago, forever automatically guilty. As for most males.

Also the same day I got choked out by 3 separate cops over the course of an hour. Submitted the video evidence of what they did.... nothing happened. They are still working there. Beating the shit out of people.

It makes me sick how women do this, get away with it and then male victims are made a mockery of because men apparently should always want sex. Men can get erections from fear, i wish this was taught in schools. This is why I want to help men and be there if they ever do become victims of rape. Everyone helps women, yet belittle male victims and it needs to stop. Men can't just "get over" being raped, or be "grateful" that a woman violated them, these victims need help and need support like women get. As someone that was abused by an ex I know how debilitating it can become. I'm ashamed to be a woman sometimes.

I'm so sorry you went through that, but yeah you're exactly right. No one should ever be forced into a situation like this, and anyone who does that to someone else should be drawn and quartered in the town square at high noon. And I hate that too, about how it generally seems that society looks down on men who have been abused for not being "strong" enough or something. That's absolutely ridiculous and just a pile of garbage. Not just physical abuse either, but mental, verbal, emotional, etc. Abuse is never okay or justified, regardless of gender.
