Hey! As context for the post posted “Kung fu master”, it’s from Snapchat of a girl that I know. She had a fight over text with the dude previously to the party, where she chose to do something stupid - as shown the video - it’s a classic pussy pass denied as she thought she wouldn’t be dealt with.

before she kicked she was trying to hit him, but he was guarding his face. Furthermore, as you can see in the video, she was the one to kick him first.

He attacked a place that was exposed, and did it in a way to use as little force as possible
Look at his feet and hips as he tossed her to the ground - the follow-through was perfect

I think he is using Aikido.

And I think it is one of the easy movements you learn as a beginner.

Don't know much of Aikido, but where I used to practice Sanda (Sanshou) there was an Aikido class happening as weel, so you could sneak peak during water breaks. And I've seen the KIDS's sensei doing this arms movement over and over again with the kids. "step to the side, push their heads to the opposing side, use the other arm to keep the movement of rotation their heads and then you take a step forward". Or something like that.

I also think it is Aikido because it looks simple. Aikido looks really simple and fluid, since it is just a person redirecting the attacker movement elsewhere.

It was a cool self-defense technique, before Muay Thai took over, than Krav Maga, and now the MMA.
