I don't know if you've ever checked out BibleArc, but it is a great set of tools for studying the text of scripture more deeply. Most all of the tools are free to use without a subscription, but if you want to be able to save your work you need to pony up the $4-$5 a month to use the website.

They also have some great courses available for a higher subscription. The EQUIP subscription gives you access to guided video learning modules for how to use the tools.

I have no affiliation with this organization, except that I've used the tools on and off for years and found many of the courses to be extremely useful for learning how to work through the logic of the text. They teach authorial intent and focus on the text itself. It's worth checking out.
