Ayn Rand's philosophy on life, according to her books (among others) Fountainhead, Atlas Shrugged?

Apart from her devouted atheism, some ideas in her philosophy seem to me to be complete and accurately true. However I'm curious about opinions from others how to contextualize it properly. Anyone common with her material?

Update: The following citations come from the heart of her most revered work: Atlas Shrugged. From which I will be wanting to hear your opinion. I suggest you have to have read the book to be actually understanding the information given to you, that’s also partly the reason for the broad questioning. However following the content and question for a narrower question, I’d like to hear your views. How do you interpret these quotes as Christian RP?
