I’ve been an active member of the Seduction subreddit for years. I released a book earlier this year called The Foundation: A Blueprint for Becoming an Authentically Attractive Man. It’s similar to Models by Mark Manson, in that it provides guidelines for becoming an attractive man, not acting like one.

However, I wrote this to be more in-depth on many of the topics, particularly on the subject of Inner Game, approaching and online dating
