They want more pay for the same work? Wtf? How about they spend less money on clothes and learn to save more? Nobody is forcing them to spend money on those ridiculously expensive clothing anyway. Ridiculous... People don't get rich by spending their money like that...

This is a commercial (for shoes), about how women should no longer aspire for "equal pay for equal work" (and also that this concept exists NOWHERE IN THE WORLD) - but also that they should be paid more. Why you ask? Not because women work smarter, or harder....because the optional products they buy are more expensive. That is literally the batsh-t logic being pushed in this advertisement. Even worse is the explicit violence against men, entitlement, and the presumption that fashion/shoes are exclusive to women (and unattainable for those 'dumb' men).
I'd qualify this disaster as 'jumping the shark' but unfortunately, it simply mirrors already popular feminist beliefs.
Edit: I do think it's a bit of a marketing goal-mine however. Figures that companies now believe the best way to get feminists to spend money on fashion (or to care about anything resembling normal femininity in a non-ironic way) is to tell them that it's really about garnering power and dominating men.

Bingo about the marketing! If you notice now, companies go for the 'human interest' side now in terms of advertising for women. Just see: Tampax, Dove, Virgin Media, etc etc all trying to bank on the emotional aspects of the product, not the product itself. And go a little further now that feminism and diversity is now in-vogue, cue all of those same companies making conscious choices to market to that. I see it all the time now.
And it makes me laugh that anyone can honestly believe that companies do it out of anything but making a profit. They certainly don't do it because they care for women empowerment or social change. It's because they can make bank on it.

Can you imagine the riots in the streets if the roles were reversed and this was a commercial for like men's neck ties or what have you?
