I do not think that relationship is worth it. Sure, people can change after cheating, but there’s a reason “once a cheater, always a cheater” is a popular phrase. Cheating is a betrayal of trust and crossing a boundary. I would stick to your boundaries and not go back to him. 3 months and 9 months isn’t long and it would be better to cut your losses early before you get even more attached.

And as a side note, I wouldn’t recommend dating men younger than you. Age gaps don’t matter as much when you get older. But in my opinion when you’re that young, you should be looking for someone your age or older.

My dad once told me that a man will only ever admit to past cheating if he's looking for an excuse to get out of the relationship, or he's trying to alleviate his own guilt. I'm older now, and think there's some truth to it.

Why do you think your boyfriend raised it just now? If it was truly in the past, what is there to gain (for the relationship) by telling you and causing you pain years down the track?

Coming from a man, I suggest you find someone else, he's still a teenager and he will definitely cheat again and again until one day he will find a girl and tell you he only wants to be friends and you clearly don't want that

Anyone can change. The changs from 15 to 18 is drastic. As will the change from 18 to 25. He is still maturing. You are too. You have to figure out whether or not he just cheated or he is a cheater. I would hold much value in the integrity of a kid though. This could be a special case, but for the most part I say women should date older. Men mature much slower
