Edit: A commenter is telling you that you did nothing wrong and you should not be ashamed. This is false. You did do something wrong, and your shame is telling you what. You can improve, and not make these mistakes again, or you can ignore your shame and convince yourself everything is fine. It is not fine. Consider the following.

You casually slept with at least two men at your workplace. That's at best, extremely irresponsible, and at worst, it's wilful emotional and physical self harm. What if you got pregnant? What if one told everyone (and they did)? What if you developed feelings for one and they didn't reciprocate? What if one developed feelings for yoy and you didn't reciprocate (this happened too!) What if the work environment suffered because of the awkwardness? What if one got jealous? What if one began sabotaging you professionally in front your boss?

The women that work with you are smart to dissociate from someone with such terrible decision making.

Shame is a good emotion, it tells you when you're fucked up royally. This is a wake up call. Good on you for posting here, and good on you for asking for advice. Read the wiki, and find out why being a slut is a bad thing. No, it's not because everyone gossips about you! It's because you're ruining your ability to pair bond. It's because no man can trust that you won't cheat on him, so he won't allow himself to love you. If you can't keep your legs closed when you're single you won't do it in a committed relationship either.

Also - why would a man ever settle down if he can just keep picking up sluts for easy sex? What do you have to offer a man besides looks? How will you get attention from attractive men when you are older and not pretty anymore? Just food for thought.

Do not sleep with coworkers...ever. End of discussion.

I don't care if you're single, in an open/poly relationship, or just plain cheating. Sleeping with a coworker will never be a good idea and will very often blow up in your face like you're currently experiencing.

Practical advice:

*Go to HR to complain about the coworker spreading stories of your private sexual escapades to everyone else. Technically what he did falls under sexual harrassment.

*Start looking for a new job and move on knowing you learned your lesson and will never make that mistake again.

*Temporarily suck it up until everyone at work has new drama to talk about and has forgotten about your drama. Seek therapy to help with any remaining feelings of shame, etc.

Don't shit where you sleep. In my experience, sleeping with a co-worker is a kamikaze style social suicide, for someone. Two co-workers hooked up at my old job, and the female of the couple rounded up her little clique and they all were treating me like shit because she had it in her cunt head that I wanted to be next to ride. And the guy stared treating me like shit to convince the hambeast that he didn't want me. The bullying didn't stop until she fucking quit. My husband hooked up with his co-worker and she never stopped harassing him, even after I came into the picture. I worked with a guy named Mike, who slept with another girl we worked with, and she came back in and told everyone he raped her. Mike was my friend outside of work and I had to vouch for him, and assure everyone that he was harmless. Like, seriously. It never ends well. You have my sympathies, but you probably can't recover from this. Lesson learned, Keep your chin up, and buckle up.

If you are sleeping with coworkers you are working too much and need a new way to meet people. As one comment said, but a magic wand to relieve the tension - it’ll make you feel more level headed. For the same reason do not sleep with neighbors, guys in your social circle, etc. as you should try to find potential partners outside of this to avoid drama.

So you act like a whore with men who then treat you like a whore and are now complaining that women are now also treating you as a whore. If you are uncomfortable with this then the solution is to stop being a whore. If you cannot then at least have the discipline to whore yourself with ppl that you do not work with.
