A message for people everywhere (probably not meant for true red pill people, but aimed at humankind in general)

Take responsibility for your actions. Hold yourself accountable. These features are so rare these days. In America, we are in an age of "entitlement".

Didn't go to the gym? Don't say it's because you were too tired - you still could have gone and walked on the treadmill at the very least. Stop rationalizing your daily failures.

Eat too much junk food today? Don't blame your stressful situation at work. Blame yourself. No one forced that food down your throat, plenty of people get stressed out and don't choose to pig out. Maybe work off the stress at the gym instead.

Get rejected by someone? Don't blame them. Blame yourself. Your day to day actions are of utmost important even tho they seem insignification. Lifestyle changes make major impact in the long term.

Does my message sound too tough or insensitive? Well guess what? No one cares, life is tough and insensitive. Life is a bitter pill to swallow, but once you swallow it, you can live life to the fullest.
