Dear RPW, How do you deal with the suspense of getting proposed to? My boyfriend (33) and I (25) have talked seriously about marriage and children for the last year. There have been a few opportunities where I thought he might propose but he didn't. I'm hoping it will come for Christmas!

Although he is quite alpha, in his culture it's common to have children before marriage or not get married at all. He's doing it for me mostly. I also insist on taking his last name which is also uncommon. It's making me think if he waits much longer I should just propose to him!
