Based of my experience as 17 year old I will tell create Guides on how to incorporate TRP in your life as a sub-18. The topics I will touch on are School, books, looks, fitness and nutrition, free-time activities, sleep and attitude. And they will be up daily and the formatting will improve.

Time

Many of you think that you have unlimited time, that you can smoke weed, play video games, watch netflix or listen to music without losing much of it. This mindset is wrong and rather destructive since the opportunity costs are fairly high. (Opportunity cost refers to a benefit that a person could have received, but gave up, to take another course of action.)

You may be asking questions like " I can't do shit...

  • while I live with my parents

  • when I can't sign business- contracts

  • insert any other common excuse here to continue smoking pot and playing video games

While it is true that you're limited in your actions, changing the shape and outcome of your life isn't just possible in that age, it is more effectively than at any later point of your life

  • Shaping your life early on

TRP talks a lot about making habits and how important it is to develop healthy and effective routines and habits, so you can effortlessly improve your life. This is especially true if you look at young people:

Imagine the average 15 yo high school boy spending his time: smoking pot, playing video games, chillin' with his homies and listening to punk / hip-hop / edm. Now imagine the same 15 year old starting to develop habits like lifting, joining a sports team, working on an instagram/youtube account, learning how to trade with stocks virtually ( with apps like bux or smth), reading, connecting with new people etc.

That same 15 year old can go two ways:

The way where he gets externally driven into a life where it's much harder to change things

OR

The part where he takes his life in his own hands as early on as possible to have absolute control over it and slowly drifting it on a successful road and building the fundament to live a very successful life. I'm saying very succesful since someone who starts lifting, educating himself, connecting and learning how to abuse the system at 15 will be good at 18 and a master at 25.

This is especially true when looking at successful people, either in dating, business or any other area:

They all learned how to become masters by trial and error and the most impressive thing if they didn't start as early as we did, is that they took the risk of failing and that risk (mostly in the business area) increases as you become older. So compared to older repillers we have a huge advantage and that lies in us not having to risk nearly as much in any department as our older counterparts.

That's why I'm encouraging the idea of starting as early as possible to develop healthy and successful habits to shape your life effectively

  1. One of those ways can be hitting the gym (on which i will have another post soon) asap if you haven't started already. It will strengthen your body and release testosterone which will help you overcome anxiety and fear and it will make your SMV higher since someone who starts at 15 will look pretty jacked at 18.

  2. Get a Part-Time job, that way you will learn the value of money and you won't waste it on pot // on every video-game you see, also you will have a lot more freedom making you more independent and defeating the thought of being ressourceless as teenager. Try to save it up for something you really want and what will make you happy for a long time. And if you think you need them get braces NOW the longer you wait, the longer you have to wait in the end so pick them up from the money you get. This doesn't include material stuff like a new car or a new PC but rather travelling and useful things like a whiteboard, a bike (which doesn't just keep you healthy but also saves you money on a car and gasoline). Try to find a job of which you can benefit in your daily life like for example working in a supermarket grants you 15% on each purchase or having a job at a club where you get free drinks when you go out with your friends.

  3. Be social, go out every day and start connecting with people asap. That means picking up a hobby / an activity that's around people and with people so you can start building a new friend circle if yours is holding you back socially. I'll touch on this topic in a later guide but here are some examples: Dancing, ice-skating and pretty much any team oriented sport you can pick up.

Also get a bike, it's the most time-efficient thing you can do to reach places and you don't have to pay for bus-tickets on a daily basis.

Also stop jerking off every day, limit yourself to once per week at most and try to not watch porns anymore. After abstaining for a week you will feel energetic and feel motivated to take steps into a successful direction.

These are just some examples of things you can do in your free-time but the main point of it all is to take your life in your hand to prevent depression which is basically a mindset which slips every responsibility out of your hands into the hands of "fate" or "destiny". Trough constant trial and error you will forge your body and mind into an unstoppable force which will destroy all competitors because they stuck to the first way and didn't take their lives into their hand and become independent soon enough.

EDIT: Get an scholarship if your grades allow you to, that way you can maximize your income as sub-18

This was the topic Time, if you have questions feel free to drop a pm, I'll prolly add more stuff to this Guide. Also feel free to comment on my writing style and formatting, it will help me improve it in a way that I can incorporate it in future posts.
