If you're the kind of man who will usually prefer quality over quantity, then the rule of thumb to keep "at least two in the kitty" at all times is the single most important thing to swerve yourself away from former blue pill habits.

Always at least two girls that you feel are quality. Never allow it to become laser-beam focused in onto just one, or you risk repetetive relapses into blue pill addictions.

There's no need to hide it from the girls, either. There is only the need to be discreet and never rub it in their faces, never reveal any details about your other plates, besides the fact that yes, they exist. No, it's not going to change. Girls will try their best to break you if you're like that, and when they fail they fall even more in love with you. Especially if you're still charming, loving her like she's your little girl, looking out for her and keeping your own jealousy (she'll be sure to use it agaisnt you in her quest to become "The One") perfectly under control.

Dude I'm 18 too! I'm also tallish (6'0) and idk about attractiveness yet. My acne is gone but the scars are a huge downer. Anyway I also was a huge blue piller and thought all women should be treated like a rose petal and i would always apologize for everything. Not even close to being alpha but I'm getting there still working on approaching but my anxiety is really bad. I started lifting and lost 24 pounds and I'm constantly getting compliments on how i lost so much weight since i was fat on top of having serious acne. Now I'm actually really skinny trying to gain muscle. My acne is under control, got a completely new wardrobe (i used to dress really geeky). Since i am skinny now i can wear tighter clothes which makes me look great. I am reading "Mastery" by Robert Greene and I'm trying to buy a guitar bc i want to learn how to play an instrument. I'm also reading up on car engines bc i want to be a car mechanic as a hobby. So all in all TRP opened my eyes to self improvement because if not for this subreddit I'd be watching porn and fapping away my life and playing magic the gathering. Anyway good luck on your journey bro I'm enjoying every moment of it.
