Abusive relationships happen because a rather significant number of women are attracted to short-tempered, aggressive men. It's the dirty little secret nobody wants to talk about.

I don't buy the feminist/MSM idea that these poor, delicate flowers are lured, en masse, into a relationship by a guy pretending to be a calm, respectful accountant only to unleash hell 3 months into the relationship.

Society never tries to get down to the root cause of the situation, thus, making no progress and never evolving. This makes things for the RP man too easy, as we are constantly evolving.

Not necessarily. There are men who take pleasure in abusing women.

Abuse is different of course to defending yourself. As some women cry abuse when a man shoves them for example after taking in a shit ton of beating from them. In such cases, I think a man has the right to punch a woman even - you're not a punching bag.

And as a lot have said here too, women abuse men also in the form of emotional abuse. Why is it that society doesnt give a shit about it?

I remember an experiment on youtube of a man being beaten up in public by his gf, and people were more of laughing at it. But when reversed, and its the guy being just slightly physical to the woman, people got angry and even confronted them.

However things are, I think there's no one else to blame but society as a whole.

I actually agree with you to a degree... Women emotional abuse men on a regular basis and men aren't as adept as women in dealing with their emotions. So they have had to find a way to fight back, protect themselves.

So, hitting a woman has historically been man's recourse for when she hits him. But the difference is women were really smart about it. They realized that if you hit someone physically, they see the hit, others see the bruise, and there is therefore evidence of abuse.

But if you emotionally punch someone, there is no evidence. The person might not even realize they're getting hit. And therefore, there is no abuse. Right?

Wrong. I can totally see that by the time you're hitting a woman, she's already emotionally punched you a few times. She's just done it in a way that's "Ok" by society's standards. Because there's no proof she did it. There's no evidence of a bruise. We just say the abuse never happened.

But "abusive" relationships are most often co-created. However, people only see the one side, so they assume it's one-sided.

I used to poke my lil sister in the back seat of the car until she appealed to our parents, whining, "kempff is poking meee".

And of course, my beta dad took her side and chewed me out for poking her.

Had I been my dad, I would have told her, "Then poke him back ... HARD".
