Above all things, women are attracted to power.

Power = work/time

Work = force*displacement

Men generate force by expending energy over time.

If you want to attract women, you need to become powerful. Being powerful means being able to convert energy into displacing force (work) as efficiently as possible. You accumulate power by...well...practicing converting energy into work as efficiently as possible. The human body is designed to accumulate and store power in performing work. If you lift weights regularly (I.e., you apply force to displace Dumbbells), the ability to lift heavier weight (or to lift the same weight more quickly) is stored in your muscles. If you practice a skill for long enough, the processes and nuances of that skill are stored in your muscle memory and/or as crystallized IQ.

Step 1: Do Work. Stop procrastinating and fucking around on the Internet. Get out of your head, get out of your house and go and do literally anything that involves moving something or someone (including yourself) from point A to point B. Even a short walk around the block will do. You will instantly accumulate power.

Step 2: Find and Do Useful Work. Now that you're out and moving, go and seek out opportunities to do work that is useful to other people. Make sure the work is challenging enough such that you learn something or become stronger from having performed it. Again, the goal is to accumulate power, which is to store in the mind and body the memory of useful work performed for future, on-demand recall. Note that, if you're struggling to find "useful work"...lifting weights is a great place to start.

Step 3: Work Hard. The more time you spend performing challenging and useful work, the more powerful you will become. You should obviously rest when appropriate. You also shouldn't pass up the occasional opportunity to have: after all, what's the point of accumulating power if you can't use it to enjoy yourself? Still, you should be choosy about your distractions, lest you be permanently sidetracked by some Siren.

Step 4: Work Efficiently. As noted above, humans use mind and body to convert energy into force over time. The more force you can generate per unit of energy the better. I will write more on this later but, in still abstract terms, focus on your strengths (your mechanical advantage, a force amplifier), hone your weaknesses to an acceptable minimum or, if you can't, make friend who can cover your weaknesses in exchange for your doing the same for them. Get good sleep. Eat well. Schedule your time so that the most important tasks are performed during peak energy levels (usually in the morning, after breakfast).

Step 5: Figure Out for Yourself What is Useful. This is the hard part that will require some degree of introspection and subjectivity. All the force and efficiency in the world means nothing to a woman unless the man knows somewhere deep down "what is useful" (I.e., what is worth displacing with all that force he generates). This is why women love not only masculine men but also creative men, because creative men have a vision of what ought to be displaced (as opposed to the wageslave/betabux chump who labor in the service of another man's vision). You don't have to be Picasso, but you should have direction and conviction about what ought to be displaced. In other words, know what needs to be done...and do it.
