I see a lot of things related to the financial problems that a divorce brings to the man.

How are exactly the Pre-nup Agreements in the USA? Because it sounds that in my country, Brazil, the agreements are kinda different.

The standard Pre-nup agreement here is the one where: 1) each one still owns 100% of the assets that were theirs before the marriage.

2) everything that is acquired after the marriage is split 50/50

3) inheritances are excluded from that split: as you were entitled for the inheritance before the marriage (parents-son relation is established before marriage), the inheritance is 100% owned by the one who received it

I don't see this Pre-nup agreement with bad eyes. Your main assets are protected, and the couple just spit what was earned after the marriage.
