I came to the conclusion that I am a natural alpha by birth and if you're anything like me growing up in Hyper-Feminized Western American culture the majority of your young life has been a Pavlovian attempt to condition you into a beta mindset. If you have not read brave new world yet I recommend you do. The parallels of that book with our own culture in the States is pretty terrifying.

Anyways, I created what I like to call a "Anti-Pavlovian-Alpha-Primer" or APAP or ¡AYE PAPI! as my plates like to call me for recovering Alpha males like me. Basically, whatever thought you have it is processed between one of two thought patterns below which according to my research are the main thought patterns of males in our hyper-feminized society. These two thought patterns are also what I believe to be the main difference between Alphas and Betas at a fundamental level. We want to get back to our Alpha thinking. That's why you swallowed the Red Pill. So here they are:

Alpha thinking: I live by my own standard(s) that I create for myself.

Beta thinking: I live by the standard(s) created for me.

Those two thought patterns are essentially the sum of the whole of either an Alpha male or a Beta male.

In theory you want to consciously move away from the beta thinking back into a natural state of subconscious alpha thinking.

In practice, its about funneling every thought you have through the Alpha thinking and removing that thought from your mind if it DOES NOT lead you to live according to your own standard and following it through if that thought DOES lead you to live according to your own standard. In this way you should have maximum potential for life, happiness, and freedom.
