She might have made it a policy that she won't cook.
Maybe ten year ago a bunch of girls got together and made a "pact" that they would never, never, never ever serve a man by cooking for him.
Sounds like you need to get her to break that pact.

Why would you think you don't? It's your relationship. You are in it because you get things out of it and so is she. She is getting what she wants out of it otherwise she would be out of it already. Tell her that this is an important part of a relationship that you value and see if she does it. If she doesn't, she views you as BetaBux most likely.

That is just bad manners and being a terrible hostess. If she refuses to make you breakfast i'd step out to a coffee shop (without her) grab some breakfast and coffee and take my sweet time eating it, maybe read the newspaper too. It will really piss her off though...

Good! The message implied by going and doing something without her is that if she doesn't do it, you can always go somewhere that will.
If he makes a female friend that does cook for him and speaks about her highly whenever his GF brings her up (note, he can never bring up said friend himself), he'll have applied dread game. So either his GF will actually do something or he can just bail on the relationship.
Depends how if he actually wants her to cook for him because it would save time while he's doing shit or whether he's doing it because he read it on here and thinks that's how all relationships should be.
Edit: Missed he was a guest in her house. Yeah, that shit's just poor manners as a host, lol.

I know this feeling very well. I have a deep repertoire of the ways it can fuck with your head and your behavior.
What I did when I was in your position was I held it in, tried to keep being alpha in the face of failure/rejection and eventually couldn't any more. It didn't make me angry, it made me really upset, like a little kid. Bad times.
I did this 5 or 6 times with that LTR. Every time she comforted me and every time I felt like dying while she held me and was sweet to me. All I could think was "holy shit this I'm being so weak and ugly right now, how I am going to rebuild my image to her?". After she/I went back home I would spend a couple hours gathering myself and I rebuilt frame and went from square 1 of attraction. It was very hard work. Bad times.
Eventually I came to a sort of equilibrium. I believed myself to be held in such low regard that I just didn't care anymore. I decided that I was no longer going to ask for anything. I would simply see her less often and be less "nice" (read: lovely-dovey hand-holdey) whenever I felt taken in the slightest way for granted.
Guess what happened. Things got better, magically. You have to move into covert communication. Don't be fooled into being overt because you think you're comfy with her. It will never work. She will never communicate overtly with you, because she isn't built like that.
One more thing - if she challenges you on it, ie "why are you acting all butthurt and annoyed when we have bad sex?", it is desperately important that you deny any knowledge of what she's referring to. ie. "what are you talking about?" + appropriate facial expression of disbelief.
tl;dr Communicate more covertly. Punish when she behaves badly, reward when she behaves well.
