I've been out in the clubs recently, and I'd like to talk about getting rejected.

Most women are not direct enough to reject you. Instead, they communicate their disinterest through their eye contact and body orientation. They'll orient their body away from you, look away from you, or even just actively freeze you out of conversation. This is how they reject you, and it IS obvious -- if you're watching. (If you're not yet brave enough to do approaches, you can still get experience reading body-language. Just engage in people-watching.)

Last Saturday I went out for five hours, and did about fifteen approaches. I learned something: getting rejected isn't the worst thing. In actuality, it's pretty okay, because you instantly get to move on. The girl you approached, was gutsy enough to tell you that you're barking up the wrong tree. Most of them just ignore you and hope you go away.

The real enemies are the time-wasters: girls who WILL engage with you, flirt with you, even let you touch them on the hip. But if you escalate further, they'll mention they have a boyfriend. These are sexually UNavailable chicks looking for validation. If you sense any kind of weirdness coming from a girl, make a polarizing statement, like "are you single?" It's not the most cocky-funny, but does the job of weeding out time-wasters. Alternatively, when you shake her hand, just keep holding onto it -- this crosses the line into a sexual communication. There's something about physical touch that really forces the issue; she'll almost always give you a clear response.

Think of it as screening, or filtering. You're filtering for: girls that like you, who are sexually available.

I ended up wasting about 45 minutes talking to unavailable girls, and all of that could've been avoided if I used the hand-holding technique he recommends.
