It's more like pumping NOX into a standard combustion engine. It will speed the engine up and for a short while allow a car to move like it was never designed. That comes at a cost, any extended use will blow the engine out and necessitate a costly and time consuming rebuild of that engine. Anger may have it's season, but if it is held to long it dulls the person holding and grows cold itself. What is left is a bitter shell of a person that is going to take far longer to rehabilitate than the one who heeded counsel and let of their anger.
You want to be angry? Go ahead. Go pump weight's harder than you ever have. Go run farther and faster than you ever have. Then, let it go. What are you angry at? Women for being what they always have been? The universe for being what it always has been? That's foolish.
You may have been lied to your whole life. Who cares? At some point you have to see further than the people that lied to you. You should be angry at yourself, and that shouldn't be something you seek to hold on to because you have the power to change yourself.

I kind of learned TRP in nature the hard way growing up by trial and error(mostly error) but did not exactly understand the mechanisms wholly until PUA lead me to MGTOW and TRP a couple years back so I feel like I went though the anger twice in some ways. For me when the anger phase came my initial reaction was to lash out naturally in my 20s(40 now). I suddenly became a seriously callous pragmatic bastard and everyone around me reacted negatively to it and I became more distant with everyone I knew. 'I don't understand, he was always so nice.' This angst actually got me laid more but nothing lasted long and just served to pound the truth in deeper with each dysfunctional relationship that I was on the losing end of(beta bux, cucked, capn' save-a-ho).
I found out who my real friends were and who were just using me real fast, which were most of them, so I withdrew into a new phase of self destructive behavior. I realized my situation but did not want to accept it and turned that anger inward because I was still very programmed by pacifism and victimization. I had filled my hollow frail ego with anger and hate to prop it up instead of trying to have it filled with validation by others as I was taught to do up till then. IDGAF can be a double edged sword named apathy you can stick yourself with in the gut with if you are not careful. As a younger man who felt powerless I had all those dreams of revenge I felt 'entitled' to that ranged from the benign verbal insults to 'tell them off like a bad ass' to things that would make the bloodiest butchers in history look like my nice guy former self to get my 'justice'. I had a strong moral compass and empathy being the whitest of knights(church boy) and dismissed the blackest of thoughts but held the pain and guilt inside none the less hollowing me further.
I eventually started college in my late 20s trying to find a new direction in my life failing to kill myself in a drug laden rock and roll lifestyle. I got into Kung Fu and studied Asian philosophy and Buddhism and I learned to 'empty my cup' and take ownership of it and myself. I used that anger and hate as fuel to get started but it is not healthy to live on forever. As I poured out the hate I filled the vacuum of my ego(the cup) with real value; inner strength, education, health, critical thinking, accomplishments, and most importantly all the love and acceptance I would ever need for myself all on my own. I also resolved to stop letting anger and fear dictate my actions and it got easier as I became more self-secure. Take ownership of your feelings and understand them to control them so they do not control you as they are the strings employed by puppet masters. Anger is best channeled in positive ways as 'fuel' but take care to not become dependent on it or you will find ways of holding yourself in unhealthy states to get your fix.

At its heart anger is just a reaction to fear.
Its a healthier reaction than say denial, sadness, or hopelessness/capitulation, but its still just a symptom of one thing; you are afraid.
Once you figure out what that thing is you are so afraid of (people disrespecting you, failure, being laughed at, being alone, whatever) you can address it and become a stronger more potent person.

Anger is an important stage because it allows you to become conscious of your Blue Pill programming. As long as you remain passive and unable to feel your inner nature (having the false self of the Blue Pill) you cannot even begin to improve.
So Kill the Beta with anger at first, then as the dust settles you can begin learning Frame and Game.

Yes, I know I this anger will mature. However, for now this anger is my fuel.

I use my anger. Boxing, think of my fat prick boss who denied me time off for army reserve trainning or the people who bullied me as a kid, they push me to do another rep or and a few more kilos so I suppose we ought to thank them.

If anger is fuel, then I'm fusion power.

Gasoline if not handled properly can explode. But when handled properly is a strong motivator. This is why the BP world tells you not to be angry.
Most of the things I have achieved have been due to anger.

You can say that; but it really just feels more like vitriol that never burns out, but it doesn't fuel anything. It just consumes...
But; that's Fate for you. Nothing happens that is not arranged. No event passes without its script being written first.
