Fuck up what? You don't say what you want. Assuming you want a LTR with a nice girl... you "don't fuck it up" by not committing too soon, keeping your options open, and it is HER that has the chance to make it a LTR if she's prepared to fight for that. Quit video games for good. Dint just do sorts, but actually lift weights if you're physically able, you're only 29. You went on 4 days with a 22 year old and you only kissed, that's too slow, you're setting yourself up to be a provider. 22 year old chicks are very fickle, and can't be trusted.

You don't set out looking for an LTR, you set it looking to explore your options then narrow down to one who's tolerable. You have oneitis for this girl, you already lost.
