I would add, use the information give for your own purposes. The tone of the sub is dominated by the hedonism, fuck all you can, alpha alpha alpha guys. There are a few guys on here though that are drawn to the Redpill as a way of reasserting some sort of Neo-Traditional American Dream, Wife, 2.3 kids, Golden Retriever with Daddy in charge. Its what I want. I understand the draw of the fuck em, plate spinning stuff, but the Redpill is a toolbox more than an ideology.

Many posts here are written through a lens of anger, thus promoting a somewhat distorted perspective of or view on women. Don't fall for the trap of thinking that what you read here is a reflection of reality. Take what you need from here to function better in your own reality but don't adapt the anger lens to judge your surrounding!

This is especially important for those newer to the subreddit still in the anger phase. It's easier to be angry about women than to actually take a hold of your life. Sure, let the blood boil but the sooner you accept the sooner things actually get better.

Don't focus on poosey We all want poosey, that is part of our nature. We can't do anything about it. What we can do though, is to find a motivation to our actions beyond just raising your SMV and get more poosey. When you hit the gym rather focus on how healthy you are going to become, how good you will feel and how strong you will get rather than focussing on the fact that you will probably get more poosey. Do it for yourself not for poosey!

Not true. When I was bodybuilding, I occasionally experienced peroids without sex drive. And let me tell you, the world becomes clearer. It's like going from black and white to color.

When a (straight) man sees a beautiful woman the activity in his neocortex diminishes. The part of your brain that reasons shuts down. Love isn't blind. Love blinds you. Women blind you. Women are a distraction, an obligation, a diversion but more importantly a threat to your dreams and idealized self.

I would encourage anyone who wants to experience what that's like to pursue it. All you need is a DHT inhibitor. Then, while guided by the clearest thinking of your life, decide what you want in regards to women.

As an addendum: estrogen rebound is no joke either, women deal with this monthly and it gave me newfound empathy for their plight. They're irrational pitiful creatures and know not what they do. But to commiserate with them by following your evolutionary imperatives and emotions is equally wretched.

The think for yourself thing needs to be stressed in all walks of life. I get given shit for reading Extreme feminist boards and boards like this one, for reading neo-nazi boards, for reading every kind of extreme opinion there is, even though I don't subscribe to any of them. People are interesting and when you learn to filter out their emotion and get to their points even the most fucked up stuff you completely disagree with you can find a nugget of truth in in some way that can be adapted even if it ends up completely unrelated to their original use for it.

Hell, I like this place more than most I frequent, but I haven't taken the pill. I've taken a lot of the core ideas and applied it to a few weird areas [platonic male friendships and my work etiquette with graphic design, among others] and it's helped me a lot, and I think that's the best way to live life. See what people have to say, strip it apart, sift for value, move on, and do you.

One of the non-cringey threads in this forum. I like the macro concept of this place, but most of the time, it's just butt hurt dudes whining. Women aren't everything. Enjoy life and be the best version of you.

Thanks for a valuable post.

There is so much attention to our engagement with the external world, not enough on how this engagement is entirely driven by our internal world, or as you put it 'happiness from within'.

Once you take the pill, the core of self improvement as I see it is physical and mental disciplining, developing amused self mastery, and a MGTOW mindset so-to-speak. Everything else - frame, game, etc - grow from within and are outcomes of self mastery.
