People sometimes complain about life being meaningless and boring. Fuckers, do you not realize there is an “animating contest of liberty” going on right now? If you had balls you’d join in.

Don’t you want to burn with purpose every day, and constantly have your mind blown by new knowledge and wisdom? Don’t you want to push yourself to be better, and to actualize your deepest desires in the short time you're on this planet? If so, then get with the RED PILL. We're not a unified “movement,” but get with that way of thinking. We don't prescribe an exact recipe for every man, but if you embrace ideas like hard work, truth seeking, and nonstop improvement, you’ll be welcome here.

Or, if you prefer, you can cling to the comfort and safety of the Blue Pill. You’ll muddle through life on autopilot, perhaps vaguely anxious and depressed. But you’ll get the reassurance of being a member of the Herd, and won’t ever have to stick out. No one will call you “weird” or question why you’re working so early in the morning. You’ll have a nice little Life Script (crafted by others) to live by, so you won’t have to feel too worried about the future.

Red or Blue: it’s your choice.

The reality of the situation is this: there's a “Matrix.” The Matrix is simply the trials and tribulations of life. It’s being thirty pounds overweight no matter what you do. It’s being ignored by women even though you’re a cool and well meaning guy. It’s having no idea what job to choose even though you work hard and want to be successful. It’s surfing the internet for hours on end even though you recognize this habit is a waste of time.

One could go on forever. The point is: you only get one life to live. It seems like this shit should be enjoyable, but all too often it’s not. We call this gap between what life should be like and how it actually is “the Matrix.” To close this gap, we study how the Matrix system works, and develop rules and strategies to prevent it from fucking us over. The catch-all term for these strategies is called “Game.” Here’s how to develop Game and wage war against the Blue Pill:

1. Study Objective Reality

Most people study bits and pieces of reality, instead of just examining the whole thing. Specializing in a topic has its place if you’re trying to corner a market in the business world, or were born with an innate passion for some activity. However, your overall WORLDVIEW should not be limited to such a narrow slice of life. All this does is make you biased and closed off to opportunities and insights that don’t neatly fit into your established mental schema.

Not studying objective reality (i.e. the external world) means you’re settling for manmade approximations of the truth. You’ll grasp onto humanistic models about life that don’t really explain what’s going on. You’ll be a Nice Guy, even though nature would prefer you be a strong Alpha male. You’ll watch porn instead of having sex. You’ll learn about NFL Football instead of studying War. You’ll be Blue Pill.

French philosopher Jean Baudrillard called these approximations “simulacrums” and likened them to mistaking a paper map for the landmass it represents. A map is a human-made symbol that approximates something that actually exists (Land). You need to stop staring at the map and start farming the fucking Land. Instead of focusing on 18th century Literature that kind of sheds light on human nature, study war, sex, power, social systems, and the drug trade as they exist right now. Learn how humans actually operate - who’s getting laid and who isn't? Why? Study whole SYSTEMS. Study the institution of school itself instead of just mindlessly absorbing what they teach you there. What’s the history of school? Who set up this system? What are its goals?

2. Become Conscious of Your Mental Operating System

Everyone subscribes to a worldview. In other words, we have thoughts, beliefs, and a “mental map” of reality that serve as the basis for the decisions we make each day. Most people aren’t fully aware of their mental operating system, since they assume all their actions and beliefs are just “normal” and perfectly logical responses to what’s going on around them. They fail to see how humans are conditioned, molded, and influenced by the larger world they inhabit. The beta provider, for example, would not admit to trading resources for sex. He agrees to this set up only subconsciously, since it’s in line with his underlying beliefs about himself and his role in society. The beta provider can’t imagine a woman being attracted solely to HIM (he’s "too fat/ugly/weak/weird/awkward/poor" etc.), so there must be some trade involved. Of course, this must all go unsaid because it’s uncomfortable and politically incorrect.

You need to become more conscious of what’s driving your actions in this world. How did your parents influence you? How did school influence you? Do you agree with the general worldview portrayed in the mainstream media? What are your goals, exactly?

3. Stop Worshipping Idols

Did you know that every man is religious? You could be the biggest atheist in the world, but if your life revolves around making money, then for all practical purposes money is your God. Money provides you with a sense of purpose and identify in life, and will determine who you hang out with, what schools you go to, what political candidates you vote for, and so on. Is that not the exact same thing that someone in a religion does?

“Worship” doesn’t necessarily mean you physically get on your knees and sing praises to a discarnate entity. Worship occurs when you decide: "I can’t find out a higher purpose for this life, so I’m going to just accrue power/sex/money/pleasure/video game points/material objects until I die." This is animalistic behavior. It is also a form of slavery. What happens is you allow these idols to penetrate your Frame, and you become addicted to the value they provide. You reason: “I’d rather be a slave to this particular pleasure, than live my life without it, since everything is empty any ways.” I’m not saying to go Amish or any thing, but recognize that your primary identification is your “soul” or “awareness” or whatever you want to call it. That’s who you actually are, and following its desires will lead you to true happiness.

4. Choose a Side

The way to become spiritually powerful is to polarize. Don’t stay in the middle and be “kind of good, with a couple bad habits.” Or “biologically a man, but with some feminine tendencies.” You need to pick a side and then go all in on this route. Then your decisions become much clearer, since they are all oriented in the same direction of maxing out masculine polarity on the Good side...Or on the bad side. Your choice. But if you just waffle around in the middle of the poles, you’re going to be a stooge that’s used by people who’ve tapped into greater stores of motivation and awareness. By the way, “Good” doesn’t mean giving to lots of charities or being really nice. It means becoming more full of life. Part of this involves being of service-to-others, since it feels good to help people out sometimes. But in order to help others, you must first empower and help yourself. No one wants to take advice from some broke loser.

5. Study What Works

Part of living in objective reality is testing out different approaches to life and seeing what actually works and brings results. For example, I’m against Nice Guy-ism simply because it doesn’t work. Women objectively hate Nice Guys and have treated them poorly/ignored them in my presence hundreds or perhaps even thousands of times. I advocate men move away from Nice Guy-ism because it is not in line with reality, period. You need to stop getting caught up in how you want the world to be, and see what really works every time.
