Was a beta and then in early adulthood began working on self improvement. Decided to take the advice on here and have Been lifting like crazy. Used to have girls not respond or be annoying. Wanted to give some examples of the ease of interacting with women when you appear alpha by showing you my Okcupid results. First time using it in years this is the difference it makes when you lift.

I have tried online dating and approaching in real life with some success in the past but online was much harder. These are the first 2 girls that responded within 10 minutes of joining the site. I have a dozen other girls who just complied with everything I asked.

The last time as a beta I used online dating I had put in 6 months of chatting girls. Lots of time into making a great description and filling in all the stupid questions, added pictures of me being social. This time I put in absolutely nothing except my body.

I used to be funny and charming now I just don't care its too easy (maybe its the anger phase). I believe that when you put in the effort to be interesting or funny it shows them you don't have a dozen women ready to make you happy. Think about it if you had 100 chicks that would fuck you right now would you charm a girl?

After trying to learn game and failing I focused entirely on muscles and looks as I was already tall and okay face. Have got a couple tv acting jobs lined up and trying to get my finances in order.

of the girls who respond more than 50% will have sex with me just by directly asking using nothing witty, funny or running game. I never get the message "have to get to know you first" bullshit that I used to encounter. No more shit tests its usually just one word answers:

-e.g. yes, okay, "whatever you want".

I have lots of more chats to share if anyone wants more proof that you don't need personality or game if you lift but it helps. If your not tall/white/sociable at least get big strong and rich. It's even easier in real life than online but I cant show that.
