2 and 3 are great. I don't do 2 often (I should start, especially during these times when I'm losing my mind staying inside all day, no gym, no office). But I went through Coursera's free "Learning How To Learn" course (HIGHLY recommend) and it talks about how you can have your best epiphanies while going for walks because it frees up your mind into "diffuse mode" where it's more creative and free to think and roam. Very effective in staggered combination with more focused thinking.
As for your bonus tip... I have the same scale, it's definitely good for measuring weight and the app is chill and easy to use, but lol I wouldn't call it a body fat / muscle mass tracker. It seems to only base body fat % on weight.

Even with trends though, it's not actually consistent so the non-body-weight-related trends tell me nothing. This was one week of daily values... I'm pretty sure I didn't gain 4.2 lbs of muscle in one day lol. The BF% and muscle mass values just fluctuate based on raw body weight for me.
And yes. Well worth the $25. It's been nice being able to track my weight and the app is effortless to use.

Honestly the phone part should be extended to limiting all non important screen time. If you need your computer for something, looking something up, learning, working, job searching no problem, but social media, watching shows, gaming. It's all bad when it takes too much of your time.
On the other hand, trp tent to take things into extremes. Gaming every so often isn't bad, it's relaxing. But spending every waking moment doing so is bad.
