I'm going to say something which may at first seem surprising or far fetched, but if you think on it, you'll see everything just "snap in" mentally and start to make a lot more sense:

It's the women. They do this deliberately.

She may not have deliberately elicited this guy's attentions, but he really doesn't matter. He's her pawn in her chess game with you. One guy, another guy, deep down she couldn't care less, they're all interchangeable props to her. That includes you.

The whole stupid game is simply to paint a picture that there is "another guy" and then watch what you'll do. If you get pissy or it seems like it got to you (worried, angry,sad, mock apathy), then bitch knows she's got you by the balls. Not good for you, but good for her. She knows she can get away with a lot more.

We can know this with 110% certainty, since if it wasn't this particular girl game, then you'd never hear about this guy being feelytouchy with her. She'd just keep her lips zipped about it and keep doing what she always does: enjoying it. I can't remember a single girl from my own history who did not pull this shit or similar with me at some point. They all do it. Or maybe the ones that don't just aren't very memorable...

All along, just in case that's not how you react, she is of course fully innocent. It just happeened. It wasn't princesses' fault...

I don't know what the best response is, maybe there isn't one. So much with women is a lose-lose type proposition. But here's what I "evolved" so far:

her: "there's another guy, he is touchy feely"

you: "omigosh, Laurie! d'you think it's true love??"

You want to get immediately amused, like you've been waiting all this time for her to finally hang herself with all that free rope you give her, and this is your chance. Tease the hell out of her with it. Put a mask of super-PC "supportiveness" on it, meanwhile in reality it's an extra shitlord level shiv that puts her straight into the female defensive crouch. Let her tell you all about how it wasn't her fault and then enjoy her enthusiastic keep-my-man-steady make-up blowjobs. If you do it right, it's almost like her entire gambit backfires and she is the one who gets all the discomfort, originally intended for you. You gotta make her feel like she's in freefall, and you're laughing at her from your comfy balcony.

It was a shit test. Agree & amplify to absurdity works well for this sort of crap. For example, "Damn right guys better be hitting on you. I don't date fuglies." If you want to really nuke her shit testing from orbit, tack on something like "Damn right guys better be hitting on you. I don't date fuglies. You better be drinking lite beer, I saw you struggling to get into those jeans!"

I think your "uh huh" was kind of a failed shit test. In those situations remember their goal is a reaction, A&A or act completely unfazed without seeming obvious. If this was actually her breaking boundaries she wouldn't have said anything to you. So no, dont use this as a chance to set "boundaries" for accepting flirtation from another male.
