Happiness is merely the management of expectations. Disappointment comes when expectations are not met. Accurately aligning your expectations with reality puts you into a better space mentally, which is the heart of the pragmatism underlying TRP theory.

I've always found Buddhist thought appealing for this reason.

Categorizing what each interaction in your social circle is good for is an excellent start.

I think this is more of a guide of lowering your expectations to realistic levels, especially with having so few categories. It helps reduce infatuation (which I admit even I suffer from, and I have different mechanisms of dealing with it).

I also think it's important to separate companionship from women, helps keep the oneitis dug in.

Single guys can be cucked financially/legally, if she convinces a court you're the father when you're not (France bans paternity tests for example). If you're smart you may be able to avoid this, depending on your local laws (never sign anything, demand a DNA test, through a lawyer if it comes to that, etc.)

Ahh the good old days.

A beta would bond with her, she would have a few of his kids, and perhaps one or more kids by others. All without empathy,and within deceit, she ensures he thought all kids were his. This was instinct in action in that day,the goal was simple, use his reproductive potential to secure her reproductive needs,(and the babies), using deceit,(don't reveal when fertile or that you cheat), and with a complete lack of remorse in actions.Remorse could not evolve with this strategy.

With our world today the same instincts and 'similar acts',fit the desired result, it just incorporates society,modern science, and law to do it efficiently...

Imagine your plate, (as a single man and thus safe from cuckholding), plans to' flush her pill'. To make you her 'sperm donor'. Masking of fertility,(sexual crypsis), once again secures a baby,resources,group status,and the female can demonstrate the expected evolved level of empathy(hypergammy). That being none.

Sexual Crypsis is the classical term for the reproductive strategy of masking conception by the female in a binary sexual species. No mammal uses this method except humans and ferrets.

Bet you never noticed every primate on TV, that we where shown to understand us,how we inteact at a primal level and all,are not like us at all. Their females go into heat, ours hide it, we are in different games, as they play rugby- we play poker. This dose help us see men as animals tho....Gorillas in the mist to even ourselves, but I digress.

Sexual Crypsis,(demonstrated by our females physical design is what leads to hypergammy. In pre society women used the fact they do not go into heat to hide their fertility.This allowed them to cuckold as you fear it. Our modern world today, many factors encourage females to use their psychological drive to mask fertility physically, combined with a complete group lack of empathy that needs/must accompany the evolution of this strategy, to make being a simple cuckold seem like fun.

Think on it is all I ask.
