Breathe

To me, the most important thing. Breath very slow and controlled. Let the oxygen energize and calm your body at the same time. You get an immense sense of calmness and control over yourself and others. Try to practice breathing nice, slow, and powerful whenever it crosses your mind until you conciensly alter your breathing from the moment to wake up to the moment you fall asleep. I cant explain any further how good this is
