Vladamir Putin and his fellow FSB bros arranged for some prostitutes to fuck Yuri Shurantov, and filmed that shit. Then they played it on Russian National television and Shurantov had to resign, due to his micro-penis. After that Yeltsin, arranged for Putin to be the next president of Russia. Yeltsin chose Putin because he didnt ask to many questions and got shit done.

Bros come in all shapes and sizes. Some are intelligent others are not. What unites bros is their willingness to take risks, often very stupid risks. However if you're trying to get something accomplished, something big, you need someone who will bro out and just go for it with you.
