For science, I entered her parameters into http://www.bmivisualizer.com/ but it said it cannot display more than 275 lbs or 125 kg.

Not willing to give up so easily, I looked at the "Illustrated BMI Categories" Flickr album, but the problem is that the top I could find was a BMI of 42, still nowhere near her scale-breaking high score of 56.5

I am unsatisfied about the results of this little research but on a further note, maybe I don't really want to know how 56.5 looks like.
