A lot of men think that a shit test always comes in the form of bitchiness or sarcasm, but women test more often with lures of access to their sexuality as a measure of men’s Alpha fitness.

Bingo. There are tests of sexual deprivation. Another example of this is with hugging/touching. Kino and hugging can be alpha, especially when you are initiating it, but watch how you break contact. If you break contact first, if you end the hug before she does, you'll feel more alpha to her than if you are busy enjoying the moment and she breaks the hug awkwardly.
