I was reading about being direct and how girls actually like guys giving them compliments. Today, a girl on campus was wearing huge high heels and very short shorts - tall with long legs. Thought I would see what happened if I said what was on my mind, and she went to so much trouble so I complimented. "Nice legs" - I wasn't trying to get anything; I was trying to make her feel good. Another girl was like "that's disgusting!" - So did I do something wrong? Am I disgusting? Is a man complimenting a girls legs disgusting? Male sexuality = disgusting? - If a woman complimented a man's arms would that be disgusting?
