TL;DR in virtually everything you do, how you speak is just as important as the words you're speaking.
________________________________________________________________________________
There is a certain pattern that is pervasive in this subreddit, particularly regarding the popularity of posts and up-voting/down-voting, and it is damn important to recognize.
No matter the topic or flair assigned to it, the context and attitude with which a post is made are equally important to its actual content, the logic and raw information put forth by the author. There exists a pronounced tendency of TRP users to more-or-less equally weigh the quality of information put forth from a given source and the perceived quality of the source itself.
In other words,
Nobody cares how right you are if they think you're a fucking loser, just like nobody cares how cool you are if they think you're fucking wrong.
One of the first things I noticed about this community is that despite maintaining a near-dogmatic focus on the importance of rationality and objectivity in content, the fact remains that even here, how you say something is equally important to what you're actually saying. The most common example of this is how the RP community responds to posts it perceives to be made in anger. Around here, being angsty and pissed-off about women is Day-One shit.
The Anger Phase, after all, is step #1. There is a nearly unquestioned ethos in all of TRP that anger is a sign of bitterness, which is a sign of inexperience, which is a sign of being a noob. And what do noobs do? They get told to fuck off and go read the sidebar.
Case and point: my second post on TRP. I haven't been posting here very long, but before I started, I had read through nearly every post from the past year, all of Rollo, all of Illimitable Men, all of Heartiste, and every item listed on the sidebar. I made sure I was studied before I opened my mouth and attempted to contribute. Spent a lot of time writing and editing that post, provided sound logic and delivery of information. The post was impassioned. Lots of cursing. Bold text. That's just the way I write. Highest up-voted comment was a 6-word jab LOLing at me for being angry. More up-votes than the original post. I responded and addressed it, and was down-voted into oblivion.
Now there was not a shred of anger in me when I wrote that original post. Hell, I haven't gotten angry or bitter about a woman even once since the end of my last LTR 3 years ago. But man did that response from the hive-mind make me fucking mad. Nothing I said was fundamentally wrong, irrational, or incongruent, yet one dumb crack about how I seemed butthurt was enough to torpedo my contribution and sink it to the bottom of the sub.
I'll admit I stewed on it for a bit, until I realized something of absolutely critical importance.
TRP is not just a database of words and behavioral patterns to add to your repertoire.
It is male-driven microcosm of the ways in which women evaluate the speech, behavior, and attitude of men.
The methods by which groups of men and individual women go about judging individual men are more or less identical. Because of numerical abundance (large volume of men in a team or group/availability of multiple partner options to a given woman), they operate in much the same way. Surface-level characteristics carry more significance. The importance of any given individual is diminished. Grief/mourning upon loss of relationship is protracted. Both rely on the hive-mind; male groups require cooperative behavior and cohesion to achieve the group's desired goals, while women require the approval/jealousy of other women in order to internally justify their mate choice. Perhaps the biggest one though is that in either circumstance, as a man, the tone and timbre of your voice matter just as much as the words you speak, and your feelings just don't matter at all.
Like it or not, the realm of dating, mating, and relationships is one in which each woman not only makes her own individual set of rules, but is free to change them at any time, for any reason, and for any individual man as she sees fit. The metrics by which she judges you as worthy are required neither to be fair, nor rational, nor impartial, nor universal, and if you publicly let on, intentionally or unintentionally, that this paradigm shakes your frame or makes you upset, you will be labeled a butthurt noob, just like I was in the thread I posted.
In the most profound and unalterable sense of the idiom, this is the way things are. This absolute power in dating and mating is karmic balance in action. It's how we "repay" women for the fact that we're physically, psychologically, and emotionally stronger and more capable than them in nearly every regard. To me, that realization is the meat of the Red Pill. It's a cold-ass swimming pool. TRP allows men to dip their toe in first, but eventually you're still going to have to take the plunge.
TRP is not just a bucket of data. It's also a subconscious reprogramming system; a methodology for internalizing a positive self-image and improving the way others perceive you at first glance. This is why TRP stresses again and again how important it is to take what you read here and enact it in the real world. We're men. We're really good at memorizing and systematizing patterns in order to achieve outcomes. For most of us, reading and understanding objective information on what to say and do around women is pretty easy. But internalizing the right attitude and frame around women, adopting the set of unconscious body language and facial expressions that trigger attraction in women, is fucking hard. Mastery of delivering information in the proper context to trigger attraction in women can only come through experience.
So get out into the field, and get you some.
