I really like the fact that you've got Compassion listed as priority numero uno. I feel like that deep sense of humanity is seriously missing from this sub and from the RP community as a whole. Compassion is perhaps the most important human value and the keystone to mastery of one's life. There are way too many angry young men around here just reinforcing one another's negativity and if we're going to succeed in this movement, we can't allow one another to become that which we most despise.

That is good advice, but I think I will make the mistake of not implementing those strategies into my life. I've attended a few leadership conventions where they taught us this kind of stuff, but I haven't found the motivation to keep up with it. I really enjoyed reading this though and you offer some great advice. Sadly I don't think this will be a very popular post. TRP seems to only be about how girls are the worst or how unfair life is. I think we have to internalise our problems and work out their solutions, not sit idly complaining about how AWALT or some other shit.

I'm going to be honest, this is way too overcomplicated and you are basically just spending countless amounts of time and energy looking, outlining, planning, writing this down, rechecking, and thinking rather than actually doing anything useful.

You don't need to plan out your day with a calendar for every hour. That takes too much time planning to be productive rather than actually being it. You don't need to outline every step or idea that you have on paper in a million different ways so you can remember what your goals are and what success looks like.

Instead, just think about what you want to do. Write it down. Form habits so that the daily activities no longer take tons of effort to do whether its sleeping right, working out, meditating, reading for an hour before you sleep, anything that you can build into a habit. Then just write down things you want and things you don't want and go from there.

Nice system it is always good to write down how you going to accomplish something. Taking control of your life is alpha.

I'm going to be honest with you. There are too many apps. I understand that today we have access to so many options, you have to be different. And there are tools for everything, but I'm getting off topic. It's great that you are listing these tools but in my mind these are enourmous time sinks. Have you ever gone without you iphone/ipad whatever device you use for a day? When I do my productivity increases. I can plan everything I need with a pen and paper. This post reminds me of that site Lifehacker. I would go there and get so many cool ideas and apps that I felt like I was accomplishing something.

You know how many of those cool apps and planners I still use?

zero. pen and paper for me.
