It has less to do with you being more attractive, and more with hyper-vigilance (e.g. Paying more attention to a girl's attraction cues because you haven't fapped in a week.) Think about the difference between a woman and her actions during ovulation vs. afterwards. Kind of the same concept.

Srs: Not much at all really, it depends on how much you wank, if you dont want for `1-2 days you'll be feeling hornier which can translate to confidence and more desire to close for sex/other intimacy. Big part is that masturbation can take up time and it drains your energy, so if you are doing it multiple times a day you could be doing lots of other things in that time to better yourself and a side effect of that is making yourself more attractive to girls.

Personally I jack off most days, but just not more than once a day.

Personally, I find it helps, wether or not it's a placebo, you'll be more driven to find someone to mate with, leading to more aggression, charisma and other worthwhile traits. Try it.
