I don't feel like I could ever measure up to this girl considering the fact they only broke up because of the logistics of the relationship not because of any real fight or fault in the relationship.

This is really interesting. She's saying she might have been able to get over the relationship if it had ended on bad terms. You might think that means she's insecure and thinks that a good term breakup means he might get back together with her, but I think the real reason she is afraid is because it shows this guy is really high value. She thinks he's out of her league.

The good term breakup is a problem because it shows how out of her league this guy is (or so she thinks). If he had got dumped by the model the new gf would be fine - it means he's not that high value. But since that didn't happen - he willingly broke up with a high value girl on his own terms - she's intimidated by how high value he is.

I have two questions about this. 1. Obviously she has a reason to feel insecure. She was already trying to make herself feel better by assuming the Swedish girl is dumber than her which failed, so is there any way to avoid ruining the relationship with her insecurity or should she just accept being some sort of rebound? 2. Why would a very high value male decide to have a long term relationship with a woman if she's not as good as he can get?

This is why demonstrating higher value is important for a man; toss away the lesbian/feminazi bullshit of equal partners and understand that if you want a more satisfying relationship, you're going to have to value yourself more than you value her.

Now to be honest, the guy sounds like a chump for trying to comfort her by taking down pictures, letting her see the conversations, etc., but the powerful effects of dread game + pre-selection outweigh his weakness, and I'm not sure if he's inadvertently or intentionally using these techniques. The girl is certainly feeling inadequate now and so she'll definitely work towards pleasing him more.

I don't usually recommend having a facebook/instagram, but they can be a beneficial tool to employ these techniques since one can easily access pictures through them. My recommendation is take several pictures of yourself with several good looking women and keep them within your girls' views. YOu don't even have to know the girls -- I saw my nigga use this technique on a HB7: he took out his iphone, approached a random chick waiting for the bus, and asked to take a selfie. The bitch was flattered (obviously), and it's a good conversation starter in general.

"I was hoping she was just some dumb blond hot girl but she turned out to be much more than that" - unfortunately for this lass, she's found out some girls don't just go the easy route and float by on their looks. They make themselves interesting - without the whole "I'm a ruthless career bitch" act. Of course they were going to plan on getting married - she's a very good catch. There aren't many western women (or most women you'd consider dating) that'll be more than just a "dumb blonde hot chick". More than even just the subservient housewife (step up from your average chick - good for marriage but can be dull without substance).

She's interesting without directly trying to compete with him.

"If this girl was to ever come back he'd drop me in a heartbeat" - in all honesty, I don't think this guy used any real dreadgame on her. He let the pictures do it for him. Women might have the mentality of children but in their vindicative ways they are very well-versed. They know the dating game - they manipulate it all the time. Of course he'd drop her for his interesting, compassionate model girlfriend. Not only is her SMV high at face value, her interests and personality push it up even higher.

But then the female imperative kicks in too try silence the OP's harsh truths. "Since he's dating her she's the same value as a model" - remember what I said about women knowing the dating game well enough to manipulate it? Here it is.
