Female appreciation thread.

Women might seem unfair if you want to sleep with them, but I've associated myself with women on self-help groups in the past who were absolutely amazing.

Even IRL there are a few girls in my college like that.

And of course, my dear mother (though I want to add that my father is alpha and a good man).

I think I'll view women in a skeptical way only when I want to sleep with them. Otherwise, as friends and family, it depends on who they are.

My mother wakes up every morning with a smile on her face and a song in her heart. She is genuinely grateful for another day to improve herself and is dedicated to leaving the world better than she found it. She's always been my biggest, my loudest, and sometimes my only, fan.

My oldest sister is perhaps the most kind-hearted and gentle person I've ever met. Quick to admit fault and self-sacrificing to the extreme. I was a troubled kid and growing up she would go to great lengths to cover my tracks and always struggled to keep our lifeline open even during my darkest days.

Another one of my sisters waited while my brother-in-law sat in prison for years. She visited him every single week no matter how sick or tired she was and went to every hearing even though she was terrified. She was breaking down out of fear and anguish and would bawl her eyes out at home but used every ounce of her strength to pull it together while visiting him behind glass just so he wouldn't have to worry about her.

Most women are a huge disappointment compared to them. They tend to be petty, manipulative, dishonest, and self-serving. I've grown up knowing the best of women and I recognize them when I see them. Good women are rare and seem to come almost entirely from good parenting.

Post-college, I had a job for two years that I hated that was all older guys. I left that job, but I had no friends, I was living at my dads place, and I was just - pretty depressed. Like "life is going nowhere" depressed, not "wanting to kill myself" depressed, but still - I felt really really old and like any enjoyment in my life was just over.

I went into a recruiter, and he seemed like a cool guy, and he asks me "what do you want from a job?" and I said "I want to work with hot chicks". :D And he...found me a job working with hot chicks.

This was 7 years ago, at that time hot chicks were all about fun and feeling good. At least the ones where I was were. I found myself at a company where there was implicit pressure to always be in a good mood.

And it was FANTASTIC. This is what women bring (or used to bring) to the table - a sense of emotional balance. It really turned my life around and I felt like there was a reason to be alive again. I didn't date any of them (all the ones I'd be interested in were married), and wasn't even at that company that long (unfortunately) but I went on to date 2 way more attractive girls than I had ever dated before after that, but more importantly my whole life just got better. I was happier, I felt better, I felt like it was enjoyable to be alive.

There is that blue bill beta speak - a "cesspool" - I take offense at that description. This place is a fountain of youth for the male mindset and teaches you how to be what you're supposed to be. Go away if you think otherwise. Question the "cesspool" in purplepill.

and although I cannot speak for everyone, it's easy to cross out the potential good in women when stories of feminists, sluts and hamsters are continuously shoved in our faces.

You don't speak for everyone and I laugh at the implication that you speak for anyone with a true RP mindset. You didn't even talk about someone close to you for your female role model, you went with a friend's mom, which leads me to believe you didn't have related/friend male/female role models to shape you into the man you're supposed to be - and yes, it takes proper influence from men and women growing up - both are essential to your development and have essential differences that you learn from.

You just haven't met enough potential sexual mates who have been good to you - it doesn't mean that there aren't any. A "good woman" or "non-slut" to you is a woman who convinces you that she's slept with a certain amount of men that you don't consider slutty, or she convinces you of certain histories/behaviors that you don't deem slutty. Complete feminine-minded hamstering horseshit.

My daughter. She's not quite 3 yet and is already about twice as smart as I am.

Just last night, we were wrestling and tackling each other. She's actually pretty tricky for a toddler. After a few minutes, we're laughing like lunatics. My wife walks in and demands to know why I'm getting her so worked up before bed time and why the fuck can't I handle our daughter better.

I respond, "Because I'm daddy, not mom number two." She chimes in, "Yeah, he's daddy!" We high-five. My wife tells me I'm handling bed time tonight, to which I respond, "I was totally going to tell you the same thing!" Two hours later, I saunter into the bedroom. My wife's still fuming. "Sex?" I ask.

My little sister is one of the most amazing women I've even known. She's the type who will hit me up at 10pm to play bloody murder pc games over the internet, the type who can sniff out a cunt or douchbag within minutes, and the type who can look at TRP ideas and say, "yep, pretty much." She also never hamsters like most every other woman I've met. No bullshit excuses. It is what it is. She even warned me about my previous ex, and I was stupid to ignore her.

There are not enough women like her in the world.
