Was on the bus home from work this evening, noticed girl sitting on the phone to what appeared to be her boyfriend. Was wearing a band t-shirt of a band I like, so used that to strike conversation. Soon as the call ended, immediately started talking to her. She mentioned her BF once or twice during the beginning of the conversation, but once I told her to put her number in my phone, that seemed to crush any of the 'but i have a boyfriend' excuse (honestly there was maybe a half second of doubt, then she did it anyway).

Two hours later, she's agreed to meet me after I finish work tomorrow, which won't be until 11pm.

Probably trivial and samey to a lot of you, but just makes me chuckle how easily the obstacle of an SO can crumble if you just stick to your guns and play it right.
