Frame is one of the base topics here in TRP. It’s also one of the most recurrent topic. I’ve seen many posts saying that having a good frame means you should be unbreakable, and I agree, in parts.
We are all human beings, and unless you had horrendous experiences in life, you still feel - a lot. This is great, it means that you are alive, living. You feel happy, sad and angry, and hear me out, this is normal. In my opinion, having a well built frame doesn’t make you an unfeeling machine. At least it shouldn’t.
Listen, when your LTR pisses you off, it’s ok to feel angry. The difference between a man with strong and weak frames is how they deal with their feelings. For an example, you are in a new relationship - both are learning eachother. If your LTR does something that bothers you, the way you handle the situation will state how good is your frame. Picture it as if she’s a guest in your fortress, and you are the fucking lord. If she broke a rule in YOUR kingdom, you educate her to not do it again. Firmly but calmly, you show her that in your castle, you are the one in charge - not her nor anyone else. If she keep breaking rules after you’ve educated her, well, what should the lord do? Get rid of the guest.
Problems will occur friend, this is life. You might lose a dear one, you might get fired from your job. You have feelings, you should and will feel them. This is what makes us humans, and make us grow. Just keep in mind, it’s necessary to learn how to keep them in control - otherwise you’ll break.
