Cut your friends off, and get a better social circle. You don't want to interact with people that bring you down. Also, start lifting if you're not lifting already.

You said you're skinny. This is why lifting is important to TRP. Don't want to lift? take a martial arts class. Always be able to stand up and if necessary defend yourself or your status will never change, even among the lowest SMV males.

I'd take a moment to analyze things before you cut them off. Make sure it's not something you're regularly doing that's causing the riff. If they're being asses just to be asses then maybe you're better off without them.

Not exactly related but there is one thing one shrink once told me about friendship and I think it is good advice.

Do not expect friends to be friends in all the dimensions of your life. There are people who will only cover just one of those dimensions.

Have several "social circles". Plate theory for friendship.

When it's established that you're the omega, it's incredibly difficult to break out of that role.

Even if you change all of your behavior, peoples' perception of you will remain the same unless you do something astounding like save a pregnant woman from a bear.

If you're being disrespected, don't do them the service of allowing them to be in your presence.

At the same time, reexamine your behavior and be brutally honest with yourself. Are you allowing the disrespect? Are you bringing the disrespect on yourself?

People tend to believe that they can disrespect me because I don't talk very much. It's important to quash those kinds of challenges immediately and mercilessly, either with a witty retort or joke.

Appearing butthurt is sweet unicorn blood to these kinds of people.

Every group of friends has a loser in it. The guy that gets picked on the most and left out the most. If you can't see anyone else being that guy in your group then chances are it's you. If it is then you have to do a whole personality fix and work on you.

Lift & drink a gallon of milk a day (GOMAD). Small guys need to take drastic steps like this for the extra calories/protein. The weight gain will go to all the right places if you work out hard enough & you'll gain confidence & the respect you crave will slowly come your way.

why did you get in that situation? How? Is it what you initially wanted?
why did you tolerated it for so long and why did you decide to quit it? (you already have the last part)
what do you want now?
